 Land around Florida is becoming scarce for ATV enthusiast. As there are fewer places to ride, River Ranch is a fun and legal place to go 4-wheeling. 

Being a land owner and a member of the River Ranch Property Owners Association, you will gain access to over 50,000 acres for Recreational Use.

River Ranch Acres runs approximately 15 miles across (East and West) and 9 miles deep (North and South).

Bring your family and friends and enjoy riding the countless off-road scenic trails that run throughout River Ranch. ATVs, Jeeps, Swamp Buggies, and 4x4 Pickup Trucks are permitted. Horseback riding is also welcomed.

Do you like hunting? There is a designated Hunting area that is over 25,000 acres with access to over 3,500 acres for still hunting.

This is not a hunting lease, owning land in River Ranch allows you to hunt various types of game. This includes Deer, Wild Hog, Quail, and Turkey.

The Florida Fish & Game Wildlife Commission hunting rules apply at River Ranch. Also RRPOA allow members to participate in scheduled hog hunts during the year.

 If fishing is your passion, canals and streams run throughtout River Ranch. There is Bass, Catfish and more. The RRPOA has a special fishing pond setup for the children. Just north of River Ranch in the nearby area there are boat ramps that go into Lake Kissimmee. 

  River Ranch Property Owners Association (RRPOA)   

After purchasing property at River Ranch the membership is only $175 a year. This can be applied towards a single person or a married couple with children under the age of 16.

Bring your friends! A guest pass is $145 a year. This can be used for any guest you invite throughout the year. A guest pass can be used for a single person or married couple, with children under the age of 16 if they are riding in one vehicle. Guests have to be accompanied by RRPOA members when entering River Ranch. (Each name on a property deed can purchase up to 1 guest pass annually.)

There is a temporary campground area for members . You can pitch a tent, park a Travel Trailer, RV, etc.

River Ranch Property Owners Association (RRPOA) is a non-profit organization. There mission is to help preserve and maintain the land. The money collected helps maintain the facility. There is a manned gate house that is open 24/7 365 days a year. Feed is provided for the animals. The main roads are constantly maintained. They are equipped with fire trucks in case of forest fires.

The RRPOA also sponsors several family oriented events throughout the year for its members: barbecues, holiday parties, etc.
